Refund Policy

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At ManasPath, we are committed to providing high-quality transformational experiences.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for all our services, workshops, sessions, and digital offerings.

By booking any ManasPath service, you agree to the terms below.


1. WORKSHOPS & GROUP EVENTS

1.1 Cancellations by the Participant

  • Cancellations made 72 hours (3 days) before the workshop receive a 100% refund or credit for a future event.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable.

  • No-shows receive no refund or credit.

1.2 Rescheduling

You may request a reschedule 1 time, if done at least 48 hours before the workshop.

1.3 Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may join, but time will not be extended and no partial refunds will be provided.


2. 1:1 SESSIONS (Breathwork, Emotional Release, Neuro-Meditation)

2.1 Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours before the session → full refund or free reschedule.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours → 50% refund OR one reschedule with a ₹500 convenience fee.

  • No-shows → no refund.

2.2 Session Start Time

If you are late:

  • Sessions will still end at the scheduled time.

  • No refunds or extensions are offered for late arrival.


3. TECHNOLOGY-BASED SERVICES (Bio-Well, EEG, QEEG, HRV)

Because these involve device setup, technician time, and energy use:

3.1 Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours before the appointment → full refund.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours → no refund (but 1 reschedule allowed).

3.2 Device Malfunction

If the device fails due to technical reasons on our side:

  • You will receive a free re-scan OR

  • a 100% refund — your choice.

3.3 Client Restrictions

If a reading cannot be completed due to:

  • incorrect posture

  • external interference

  • refusal to follow instructions

  • anxiety or movement affecting readings

→ No refund is offered, but one re-attempt may be provided.


4. DIGITAL PROGRAMS / ONLINE COURSES

All digital programs, PDFs, audio sessions, WhatsApp communities, and online material are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Reason:
Once accessed, they cannot be returned, revoked, or “unseen.”

If there is a technical issue, we will fix it promptly.


5. RETREATS OR SPECIAL EVENTS

These may include:

  • Venue bookings

  • Logistics

  • Travel arrangements

Thus:

  • 50% refund if cancelled 7+ days before

  • No refund if cancelled within 7 days of the retreat

  • You may transfer your spot to another person one time


6. CANCELLATION BY MANASPATH

We may cancel or reschedule an event/session due to:

  • Host illness

  • Unforeseen circumstances

  • Technical issues

  • Low registrations

  • Safety concerns

If this happens:

  • You will receive a full refund OR

  • Credit for a future date

We are not responsible for personal travel, hotel, or other expenses.


7. REFUND PROCESS & TIMELINE

After approval:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Discounted bookings will be refunded at the discounted amount

  • Refund timeline: 5–10 business days (depending on bank or gateway)

  • Once the refund is approved amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 working days

8. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Coupons

  • Digital downloads

  • Special promo bookings

  • Last-minute or flash-sale tickets

  • No-shows for any service

  • Scans partially completed due to participant non-cooperation
